responsibilities:
- Direct, train, and mentor onsite construction teams and internal stakeholders to implement effective safety measures and drive towards zero incidents.
- Execute risk assessments for retrofit projects, generate safe work execution plans, and lead incident investigations including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective reporting.
- Develop and enforce robust, efficient safety standards in conjunction with internal stakeholders while ensuring processes align with delivery timelines.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to understand the safety and quality control impacts of new designs, materials, and construction methods.
