responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating and preparing roll roofing materials by safely mixing polymers, hot asphalt, and additives under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct routine physical, mechanical, and environmental durability tests on roofing samples, including tensile strength, elongation, and heat aging.
- Accurately record testing observations, organize experimental data, and prepare detailed technical reports for review.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE utilization within a 5S-focused, high-temperature industrial laboratory environment.
- Support ongoing product development and industrial research for Our Client, including opportunities to visit production facilities for prototype trials.
