This role will oversee field operations from mobilization through closeout, managing field crews, subcontractors, schedules, material procurement, and daily project execution while partnering closely with Operations Managers and Field Leads.

responsibilities:
- Lead all field operations for commercial concrete projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and Field Leads while driving daily project execution.
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, concrete ordering, and field logistics throughout construction.
- Oversee self-perform concrete work including slab-on-grade, tilt-wall, flatwork, generator yards, and structural concrete scopes.
- Partner with Operations Managers, project teams, and clients to proactively resolve field issues and successfully deliver projects from mobilization through closeout.
- 3+ years of field leadership experience leading crews on commercial or industrial concrete construction projects.
- Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and overseeing self-perform concrete work; data center experience is preferred.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to independently manage field operations and multiple project priorities.
