responsibilities:
- Define and enforce Design for Serviceability (DfS) requirements by collaborating with engineers to build service-friendly robotic architectures with modular assemblies and built-in diagnostics.
- Develop efficient field service workflows, preventive maintenance schedules, and digital troubleshooting guides to minimize disruption during surgical procedures.
- Ensure all service processes and documentation strictly comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and IEC 60601 regulatory standards.
- Capture field feedback to optimize service design and partner with training teams to build competency-based learning paths for OR technicians.
- Conduct serviceability FMEAs, execute verification protocols, and leverage post-market surveillance data to drive continuous product reliability.
