responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) program from the ground up, establishing strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Lead the organization and optimization of the CMMS database, creating asset hierarchies, ensuring data accuracy, and training personnel on best practices.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities by preparing detailed work packages and prioritizing backlogs to maximize labor efficiency and equipment uptime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement by establishing minimum/maximum levels, sourcing materials, and building cost-effective vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, participating in root cause failure analyses, and standardizing maintenance best practices.
