responsibilities:
- Lead field-related MEP mission-critical activities, resolving site conflicts and coordinating with project managers and design teams to unblock schedules.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with development guidelines and cross-group objectives, acting as a relentless advocate for safety, quality, and cost management.
- Research, design, develop, and test MEP devices while analyzing specifications to determine the time and cost feasibility of customer proposals.
- Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operations and provide expert recommendations to maintenance crews.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics, assisting drafters in developing structural designs using CAD software and common engineering computations.
