responsibilities:
- Integrate safety and health requirements across project planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases
- Develop and implement comprehensive Safety and Health Management Plans, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct routine ESH inspections, evaluate hazard controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements
- Participate in emergency response, lead incident investigations, and research complex safety issues to prepare detailed reports
- Interface collaboratively with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to communicate and resolve safety concerns
