Join a multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization for a contract to hire role as a Process Technician. This role will work closely with engineering and production technicians to analyze production processes and perform corrective action. An ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience improving hands on process improvement. This is a contract to hire role that could lead to a permanent position and has significant opportunity for growth.

responsibilities:
- Provide support for end-to-end manufacturing workflows to successfully transition customer products into scalable production
- Set up and perform new and existing tests and procedures
- Read and analyze engineering blueprints and drawings
- Assists engineers in performing production corrections
- 2+ years of process improvement experience
- Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings
