responsibilities:
- Provide daily and strategic process engineering support for high-volume optical fiber cable manufacturing operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing optimization through extensive data-driven process qualifications.
- Facilitate startup, scale-up, and line readiness for new cable constructions, equipment, and process changes.
- Analyze manufacturing data and evaluate material, tooling, and operating condition interactions to ensure robust performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production processes remain scalable, well-controlled, and yield high throughput.
