responsibilities:
- Programming & Design: Develop, write, and verify CNC programs for milling and turning machines using CAD/CAM software and long-hand G-code to support Our Client's production needs.
- Setup & Troubleshooting: Set up various CNC machines, select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters, and utilize inspection tools to resolve any machining issues.
- Quality & Precision: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3-D models to ensure all precision components meet Our Client's strict quality and productivity standards.
- Data Analysis & Improvement: Identify process improvements by analyzing production outputs, writing custom macros, and utilizing software to develop detailed reports.
- Safety & Team Integration: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to PPE requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive Our Client's manufacturing success.
