responsibilities:
- Design and oversee global Project Controls and Management Information Systems to align with long-range capital investment and program objectives for Our Client.
- Develop resource and cost management protocols, establishing Work Breakdown, Cost Breakdown, and Organizational Breakdown Structures alongside resource optimization strategies.
- Manage capital portfolio finances, executing cash flow forecasting, Purchase Order oversight, and financial risk assessment/mitigation across projects.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, leveraging advanced Excel capabilities to prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on financial performance and portfolio status.
- Drive strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration, implementing industry best practices, mentoring teams, and bridging project management with financial management organizations.
