responsibilities:
- Track incoming parts, allocate materials into inventory systems, perform cycle counts, and maintain complete traceability across the product lifecycle.
- Oversee shipping and receiving workflows, inspect incoming deliveries for quality compliance, and coordinate outbound shipments for repairs and returns.
- Process purchases via PCard and procurement systems (OTS), manage open vendor orders, and resolve discrepancies to prevent project delays.
- Monitor calibration due dates for M&TE equipment, manage vendor shipments, maintain records, and stage/kit parts for scheduled builds and tests.
- Partner closely with engineering, lab operations, quality, and sourcing teams to optimize material readiness and maintain audit compliance.
