responsibilities:
- Formulate detailed plans to accomplish project goals, directing the integration of technical activities across non-IT initiatives.
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees while actively overseeing staff competence, training, and development.
- Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients, and analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Review, recommend, and approve contracts and cost estimates while conferring with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications.
