responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end tech transfer programs, including process adaptation, scale-up, validation, and commercial readiness for sterile biologic products.
- Partner with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and internal cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to align on project execution.
- Support analytical test method transfers, IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ campaigns, and review batch records to ensure strict cGMP compliance.
- Conduct engineering gap assessments, technical risk evaluations (FMEA), and manage change control strategies (ECOs).
- Author technical justifications, support BLA supplements, and ensure audit readiness across all product transfer activities.
