responsibilities:
- Apply VPS standards and lean theories to eliminate waste, reduce equipment losses, and foster a highly engaged workforce.
- Perform detailed root cause and historical data analysis to evaluate machine component life cycles and develop condition-based maintenance.
- Create, validate, and update Standard Maintenance Procedures while controlling, updating, and validating engineering drawings and prints.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across diverse departments and build collaborative relationships to implement critical changes.
