responsibilities:
- Maintain complete administrative control and coordinate all material movements, staging, and receipts within the warehouse and laydown areas for Projects and Operations teams.
- Perform detailed inspections on incoming shipments against technical specifications and drawings, submitting weekly status reports to track quality and safety.
- Verify the accuracy of ordered materials on purchase orders, and coordinate directly with Supply Chain and Project teams to address any discrepancies or missing items.
- Oversee daily warehouse management to ensure the facility is kept in a neat, presentable condition in strict compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Direct warehouse contractors and partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Projects, Construction, Regional Operations, and external logistics providers to coordinate shipping and receiving.
