responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for the utility service provider and facilitate weekly design, site, and progress meetings with Energy, DCD, DCE, and AHJ teams.
- Manage budgets, track purchase orders (reporting remaining funds at 80%), establish cost estimates, and fully execute change orders prior to initiating new work.
- Maintain detailed project schedules, monitor critical path activities, and verify the on-track/on-site delivery of Long Lead Equipment (LLE) to proactively mitigate delays.
- Lead weekly site walks with photo documentation, verify substation civil work meets precise utility specifications, and immediately report quality concerns to Energy PMs.
- Coordinate engineering drawings using AutoCAD/BIM360, secure formal approvals via Adobe Sign or DocuSign, and maintain rigorous records per document control protocols.
