responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor, and maintain project budgets, change management programs, cost variance analysis, and craft labor productivity reporting (QURR).
- Prepare and present detailed cost studies utilizing historical data, statistical analysis, and cost/quantity comparisons to identify trends.
- Actively engage in field construction execution, including conducting regular site walkdowns, reviewing construction progress, and performing safety reviews.
- Collaborate and interface daily with field engineering, construction disciplines, and other project professionals to coordinate and align cost activities.
- Analyze project data and craft productivity to propose innovative solutions, identify risks early, and recommend mitigation and performance improvement strategies.
