A growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable 2nd Shift Test Technician to join the team. In this role, you will perform functional testing, troubleshoot electrical assemblies, and document test procedures for power distribution equipment under limited supervision.
This position offers a desirable 4x10 work schedule (Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM.) As an hourly position there is potentioal.

responsibilities:
- Pre-Power Up & Testing: Perform pre-power up inspections, functional testing (up to 600VAC), and burn-in or stress testing on power systems equipment.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot AC/DC power and control circuits up to 600V, and execute minor repairs on wiring and fiber optic assemblies.
- Device Setup: Set up and program electronic devices using computer-based tools and specialized test instruments.
- Documentation: Complete accurate digital and written test reports, as well as technical documentation.
- Safety & Independent Work: Work independently on routine tasks while strictly adhering to safety procedures (including LOTO and PPE guidelines) and reporting complex issues appropriately.
- Physical Tasks: Perform physical duties required in the testing environment, including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting equipment.
