Join Our Client in Newton, NC as a 3D Print Technician/Operator! Shape the future of fiber optics in our fast-growing cleanroom. Needs 2-5 years' experience in Autodesk Inventor/Solidworks modeling, hands-on 3D printing, and cleanroom protocols.

responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and optimize cleanroom-based optical ribbon and cable manufacturing lines, supporting both daily operations and preventive equipment maintenance.
- Create, print, and test mechanical 3D models using Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks software to optimize manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Perform in-line and off-line quality checks while adhering strictly to cleanroom protocols, SOPs, ISO, and customer specifications to ensure products meet all standards.
- Analyze process data using statistical process control (SPC) to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions that improve yield, throughput, and uptime.
- Support Our Client's Lean and Six Sigma initiatives while assisting with new equipment installations, process transfers, and rapid cleanroom production scale-ups.
