responsibilities:
- Lead and dispatch the national field service team to ensure efficient daily operations and rapid customer response.
- Drive overall revenue growth by coaching service technicians to identify and close tooling sales during their site visits.
- Apply your background in the machine tool or automation industry to balance technical requirements with business objectives.
- Focus heavily on the commercial and operational success of the department rather than just hands-on technical troubleshooting.
- Operate out of the Indianapolis corporate headquarters, with relocation expected if you currently reside elsewhere.
