Join our client as a Civil Designer in Dallas, TX a 100% employee-owned firm that has been solving the world's toughest infrastructure challenges since 1898.The ideal candidate will have 7 to 9+ years of hands-on CAD design experience along with expert-level proficiency in civil engineering software.

responsibilities:
- Independently develop, modify, and produce detailed civil engineering design drawings, plan sets, and construction documents using OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, and Civil 3D.
- Apply and enforce company, client, and industry CAD standards across all deliverables, performing thorough quality control reviews to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness.
- Partner closely with multi-discipline teams of engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate complex systems, identify design conflicts, and implement sound technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of CAD workflows, templates, and detail libraries.
