responsibilities:
- Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, cost estimates, and procurement strategies for key facilities and building upgrades.
- Coordinate and manage all external vendors and contractors supporting essential systems such as HVAC, chillers, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade facilities control systems, including Chilled Water, Water Filtration, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Support plant safety and environmental programs to ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Establish cross-functional project teams and deliver clear, periodic updates on project status, justifications, and appropriation requests to plant leadership.
