responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and lead root-cause investigations to implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead or support equipment modifications, upgrades, and replacement projects to ensure successful ramp-ups.
- Serve as the key technical resource for assigned systems, partnering with maintenance and operations to maximize uptime.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work aligns with safety and quality standards.
