responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve key business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple product development projects within the program.
- Lead cross-project activities and facilitate strong collaboration across functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Manage and allocate program resources and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and deliver business value.
- Identify and mitigate program risks while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to align expectations.
