Our client is hiring Safety Representatives to support one of the largest and most complex semiconductor construction projects in the country in Phoenix, AZ. This role will provide hands-on safety oversight across large-scale structural concrete operations, conducting field audits and observations, identifying hazards, supporting OSHA compliance, and partnering with field leadership and craft employees to maintain a fortified safety culture.
The team is seeking an experienced construction safety professional with 3+ years of full-time safety experience and OSHA 30 who can step into a fast-paced project and make an immediate impact. responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on construction safety oversight for a large-scale semiconductor project.
- Conduct safety audits, field observations, hazard identification, and corrective-action follow-up across active concrete operations.
- Ensure OSHA and company safety-program compliance across foundations, slabs, columns, and vertical structural concrete work.
- Partner with field leadership and craft employees to proactively address unsafe conditions and reinforce safe work practices.
- Bring technical safety knowledge to the project while helping mentor and develop less-experienced safety personnel.
- 3+ years of full-time construction safety experience, with the ability to step into a fast-paced project and contribute immediately.
- OSHA 30 required; CHST preferred, with working knowledge of OSHA compliance, safety audits, observation programs, and construction safety programs.
- Must be dependable, proactive, and comfortable with a demanding field schedule
