Manufacturing Process Engineer at a leading industrial manufacturing and services company based near Manning, SC. Role is responsible to provide support on the manufacturing floor to eliminate waste, improve process capabilities, and maximize throughput.

responsibilities:
- Provides engineering, coaching, and analytical support on the manufacturing floor to eliminate waste, improve process capabilities, and maximize throughput.
- Architect and deploy robust site-wide 5S and visual management systems to systematically transform operational culture
- Identify process bottlenecks, and leads cross functional Kaizen events to address Safety, quality, Costs and Delivery issues
- Organize and conduct Lean/SPS training for employees
- Establish and execute advanced manufacturing compliance audits
- B.S. in Engineering or related degree
- Must have 2+ years of process engineering work experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with lean tools/methodologies
