Join Our Client as a Master Scheduler in Grayslake, IL empowering global connectivity! We need a BS in Eng/Supply Chain holder with 7+ years in manufacturing, ERP expertise, and Lean skills to optimize production and connect supply chain to shop-floor execution.

responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and publish the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by converting demand signals and forecasts into time-phased SKU plans.
- Validate capacity constraints (machines, labor, and shifts) and sequence orders to optimize throughput, minimize changeovers, and mitigate bottlenecks.
- Intersect daily with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure material availability, achieve inventory targets, and protect customer service levels.
- Support ERP/planning tool optimization, reduce expedites and short-term rescheduling, and improve key parameters like Coordinate plant-level scheduling decisions, including phase-in/phase-out executions and obsolescence risk mitigation.
