responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on testing and analytical experiments on raw materials and final products (gypsum, insulation, and ceilings) to support new product development and cost-reduction efforts.
- Prepare, process, and test material samples in accordance with ASTM, UL, or company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collect, analyze, and report scientific and engineering data, performing preliminary statistical analysis using Excel to document and present accurate results.
- Actively maintain laboratories and equipment (including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting), while strictly upholding 5S standards, safety (HSE) protocols, and audit preparations.
- Partner closely with engineers and scientists to execute commercial support requests, resolve equipment issues, and maintain a collaborative R&D environment for Our Client.
