responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operating and production workers.
- Implement targeted measures to motivate employees and improve overall production methods and equipment performance for Our Client.
- Develop, implement, and monitor production tracking and quality control systems to detect and resolve processing problems.
- Manage personnel records and lead staffing initiatives, including hiring, training, and evaluating Our Client's team members.
- Collaborate with administrative and technical staff to review operations and maintain strict quality standards.
