Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is responsible to investigate and identify the root causes of invoice processing exceptions.

responsibilities:
- Investigate and identify the root causes of invoice processing exceptions
- Resolve invoice processing issues
- Take ownership of exception resolution from identification through closure
- Analyze recurring exception trends and recommend process improvements to reduce manual processing and intervention
- Associates Degree
- Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
- SAP and Oracle experience
- Excel experience (able to perform functions such as vlookup, pivot tables)
- AP experience in a manufacturing setting

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Associates (required)
