responsibilities:
- Lead the full subcontract formation process, including pre-qualifying bidders, preparing bidder lists, and assembling comprehensive bid request packages.
- Direct negotiations for subcontracts and service agreements, manage moderately complex contract changes, and secure necessary approvals.
- Oversee ongoing subcontract administration by performing progress reviews, financial forecasting, and proactive risk communication.
- Coordinate and conduct critical meetings-such as pre-bid and bid clarification sessions-to ensure complete alignment between Our Client, customers, and contractors.
- Implement standard supply chain work processes to guarantee strict subcontract compliance with overall project requirements.
