responsibilities:
- Define activity durations, work sequences, and relationship logic to build and maintain fully integrated, resource-leveled project and outage schedules using critical path methodology.
- Monitor schedule metrics, analyze potential execution risks, and develop what-if scenarios to address planning changes and prevent delays.
- Serve as a key liaison to communicate schedule statuses, deliverables, and progress updates to site execution teams, contractors, and senior management.
- Guide and train junior level schedulers on advanced scheduling techniques, metrics reporting, and facilitating collaborative schedule review meetings.
- Ensure all scheduling activities and logic are fully accounted for, meet strict department guidelines, and align with corporate project management standards.
