responsibilities:
- Formulate detailed plans to accomplish goals, directing the integration of technical activities across engineering, R&D, and product rollout initiatives.
- Recruit, assign, evaluate, and direct personnel, actively overseeing resource allocation and the development of long-term staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan, assess, and recommend highly feasible project paths.
- Review, recommend, or approve contract specifications, budgets, and cost estimates to optimize production and resource allocation.
- Confer regularly with management, production, and marketing teams to align on project procedures, and present technical reports directly to clients.
