responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D master layouts of the manufacturing plant utilizing advanced CAD software.
- Maintain the plant's digital Factory Twin, ensuring the virtual representation accurately reflects all physical layout changes on the floor.
- Ensure the ongoing accuracy and consistency of master layouts by proactively incorporating physical site changes, updates, and modifications.
- Integrate new facility and layout projects with the master layout to ensure alignment with Our Client's organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to resolve spatial conflicts, address constraints, and engineer optimal layout solutions.
