responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts, process specifications, and comprehensive drawings for both new and existing welded products.
- Serve as the team leader to delegate tasks, provide technical oversight, and manage project schedules and resource planning.
- Perform detailed metallurgical analysis of weldments, utilizing deep familiarity with the physical and welding metallurgy of austenitic stainless steels.
- Apply expertise in GTAW and Resistance Welding processes to ensure highly reliable, quality-focused manufacturing solutions.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Sourcing, and Mechanical Design Engineers to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality and regulatory guidelines.
