responsibilities:
- 5+ years managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural quality on data center developments or large commercial and industrial builds, with deep mastery of shell and core elements like foundations, steel, utilities, and envelopes alongside code compliance
- Expert in authoring and executing Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Testing Plans, Definable Features of Work, Non Conformance Reports, root cause analyses and quality initiatives
- Hands on leader experienced in managing third-party testing firms, local authority inspections, pre installation meetings, First of Kind and Mock Up evaluations, and owner furnished equipment
- Proficient in contract review, risk mitigation, and construction software like Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, and Airtable to drive real time defect tracking and log management
- Mentor and technical liaison between commissioning agents, superintendents, trade partners, and clients, fostering a zero defect culture while remaining level headed under schedule pressure
