Construction Project Manager opportunity located in Fort Bragg, NC. This position will be responsible to drive high-impact federal energy initiatives and ead complex Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC). The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of expertise in mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation, alongside key safety and quality control certifications.

responsibilities:
- Oversee full lifecycle execution of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) at Fort Bragg, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage installation, integration, and performance of complex mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Enforce strict site safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance adhering to CQM, OSHA 30, and EM 385-1-1 standards.
- Coordinate daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
