responsibilities:
- EDirect and drive the physical installation and commissioning of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment as the primary project manager.
- Manage construction projects for facility additions and physical upgrades required to prepare active manufacturing areas for incoming equipment.
- Apply engineering and leadership expertise to resolve complex manufacturing process challenges and adapt facility infrastructure for successful industrialization.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure all equipment installations and construction upgrades are executed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with quality standards.
