responsibilities:
- Author, update, and certify Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for substation facilities in strict compliance with EPA 40 CFR Part 112.
- Analyze blueprints, site drawings, and topographical data to perform precise stormwater management and oil containment volume calculations.
- Perform routine site visits and field audits to verify the implementation of critical engineering controls and physical compliance measures.
- Create and revise facility diagrams using CAD design software while maintaining meticulous, audit-ready compliance records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal operations and construction teams to mitigate environmental risks and serve as the technical liaison during regulatory audits.
