responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, budgets, invoices, safety compliance, and contractor paperwork.
- Deliver on-the-floor technical support for equipment installations, parts movement, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, track key milestones, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordinate resource allocation between project teams, departments, and external vendors.
- Identify operational risks, escalate issues, and implement contingency plans to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
