responsibilities:
- Create detailed fabrication, erection, permit, and anchor rod drawings from engineering designs and project notes.
- Upload, edit, and release structural parts into the manufacturing system while ensuring schedule alignment.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to junior detailing team members.
- Perform continuous quality checks on project drawings and deliverables to ensure industry standard precision.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design challenges and support process improvement initiatives.
