- Education & Experience: Associate's degree, AutoCAD Professional Certification, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Autodesk & Technical Skills: Highly proficient in AutoCAD to create panel layouts and technical drawings, with the ability to translate schematics to wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshooting & Cross-Training: Capable of resolving complex fabrication issues and cross-trained in Wiring and Pre-shipping Quality Control.
- Independence & Knowledge: Thorough understanding of internal projects and processes, working independently with minimal oversight.
- Leadership: Responsible for training and mentoring Engineering Support staff and entry-level Engineering Specialists.
