responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor to troubleshoot equipment, product, and process issues for Our Client.
- Analyze process conditions and operational data to identify root causes and implement practical corrective actions.
- Support the start-up, commissioning, qualification, and optimization of manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and vendors to sustain process improvements.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, standard work, and reports of engineering findings.
