responsibilities:
- Manage three to six concurrent federal, municipal, and commercial construction projects, typically valued between $5M and $15M.
- Lead projects from startup through closeout in partnership with the Project Superintendent.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontracts, submittals, and document-control logs.
- Process RFIs, proposals, change orders, and monthly payment applications while resolving project issues.
- Coordinate subcontractors and oversee safety, quality, preconstruction, and client relationships.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience; seasoned APM or QC candidates ready to advance may also be considered.
- Ground-up construction experience with the ability to independently develop schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication, organization, and software skills; federal/USACE experience and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or P6 are preferred.
