responsibilities:
- Perform complex Risk Reduction Testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing from product concept through to completion across primary and secondary technical disciplines.
- Apply specialized technical tools and execute advanced analytical methods, including Instron testing, to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Manage daily tasks and navigate multiple concurrent projects efficiently, developing creative and protocol-compliant solutions to meet critical team timelines.
- Provide proactive guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior designers and technicians while collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, supervisors, and vendors.
