responsibilities:
- Execute routine and functional testing on solar inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and variable frequency drives, aligning all test methods with IEC and UL standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during power station testing using specialized tools, including voltage probes, current probes, and oscilloscopes.
- Drive manufacturing testing excellence to achieve zero escaping defects, proactively identifying process issues and developing cost-effective test rig solutions.
- Ensure a safe working environment by strictly adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols during inverter dismantling and maintaining calibration on all measuring instruments.
- Manage Customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), compile detailed test reports to share lessons learned with design engineers, and track daily operational testing metrics.
