responsibilities:
- Own and execute internal and supplier-driven non-conformances (NC) and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) records within Trackwise to ensure timely closure.
- Partner directly with supplier representatives to resolve quality issues, escalate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and evaluate Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs).
- Support manufacturing transfers, perform equipment qualification, execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and lead Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for change management.
- Monitor Quality KPIs, analyze defect trends to implement corrective actions, and investigate manufacturing-related product complaints and field actions.
