responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on high-precision manufacturing machinery, CNC/PLC systems, and general building structures.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and low-voltage electrical control issues on production equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance operations and facility tasks meet standard safety protocols, OSHA standards, and municipal building codes.
- Complete daily work lists, document maintenance events, and help maintain accurate spare parts and tool inventory levels.
