responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality control systems and evaluation protocols to ensure the high integrity of manufactured products and materials.
- Collaborate across engineering and manufacturing functions to establish, audit, and continuously improve robust quality standards.
- Devise and implement testing methods and inspection processes to evaluate the precision, capability, and accuracy of production equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis and statistical evaluations using DMAIC, 8D, and 5-Why methodologies to resolve technical issues and handle CAPAs.
- Manage the Performance Excellence portfolio to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and process capability (SPC/MSA) across the site.
